The epicenter of the earthquake in Myanmar is located in Sagaing, a region that has already been devastated by the junta’s air strikes. The people there are facing a double crisis. Immediate assistance is urgently needed for those in Sagaing. They are trapped under rubble and lack access to food and water. This area is not being reached by Chinese or Russian rescuers.
